Optical fibers and telecommunication and electrical cables should be protected against mechanical hazards and damages by a coverage. All cables in buildings installed underground or on walls should be also protected. Due to insulation properties, PE is a popular alternative for protecting wires, cables and other electrical products.

PE tanks are closed enclosures designed for fluid storage at a pressure larger than 1 to 10 bar. The pressure is developed by internal pressure of fluids or external pressure due to direct or indirect heating of the tank.

Single-wall PE manholes with a size of 500 to 2500 mm are produced at customer’s request according to ASTM F1759.
