Utilizing 14 production lines with an annual capacity of 77000 tons, P.E.S produces 12 to 2500 mm PE pipes and fittings with a working pressure of 2.5 to 50 bar employing modern machinery and equipment in accordance with European technology. Pipes with large diameters (1200 to 250 mm) for higher working pressures (up to 50 bar) are only produced by P.E.S.
All parameters for producing PE pipes in P.E.S are synchronized, calculated and controlled using high-capacity extruders equipped with Barear screw, computer systems and gravimetric and ultrasound equipment in the production line to produce a high-quality pipe with uniform diameter and thickness.
Specifications, moisture content, density, oxidation induction time (OIT) and size distribution of raw materials are tested in P.E.S laboratory. The raw materials meeting relevant standards are used for producing PE pipes and fittings.
All pipe specifications produced by P.E.S such as raw materials curing, production rate, melt pressure exiting extruder and pipe diameter and thickness can be controlled before and during the production process.
